Make Over22 Glitter Loose Eye Powder 004

Make Over22 loose glitter eye powder in shade 004, adding eye-catching shimmer and sparkle that suits evenings and special occasions. Use it over eyeshadow to highlight the lid or in the inner corner to brighten the eyes, building from a subtle touch to a bolder sparkle.

How to use: Apply a base or cream eyeshadow to the lid first to hold the glitter, then pick up a small amount with a fingertip or flat brush and press gently onto the lid. Tap off the excess first to avoid fallout on the face.

Precautions: For external use only. Avoid getting particles in the eyes; if this happens, rinse with water. Stop use if irritation occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
