Jessica Lip Liner 119

Jessica Lip Liner 119 is a pencil for outlining the lips and defining their shape precisely before applying lipstick or gloss. It helps highlight the lip contour for a fuller, more balanced look and helps keep lipstick from spreading beyond the lip line.

Use it alone to color the whole lip, or pair it with a lipstick in a similar shade for a coordinated look for day or special occasions.

How to use: Outline the upper lip from the center outwards, then line the lower lip the same way. Fill in the lips with the pencil and apply lipstick on top for better hold. Sharpen as needed to keep a fine tip.
