Make Over22 Filter Lip Liner Pencil 03

Make Over22 Filter Lip Liner in shade 03 is a pencil that helps define the lip line precisely and enhance the shape of the lips. Use it alone to colour the whole lip, or under lipstick and lip gloss to frame the lips and help keep colour from spreading beyond the lip line.

Suitable for everyday and evening looks, and easy to carry in a bag for touch-ups during the day.

How to use: Start with clean, dry lips. Outline the cupid's bow of the upper lip and extend towards the corners, then line the lower lip from the centre outwards. Fill in the lips with the pencil if desired and apply your favourite lipstick on top. Keep the pencil sharpened for a precise line.
