Sheglam Velvet Matte Lip Liner Misty Rose 522

The SHEGLAM Velvet Matte Lip Liner in Misty Rose, shade 522, defines the lips precisely and gives them a soft rosy colour with a velvety matte finish, making it an ideal base for lipstick or gloss.

It helps shape and define the lips and keeps lipstick from spreading beyond the lip line. It can also be used to fill in the whole lip for a soft matte look, or paired with gloss for a two-tone effect.

How to use: Outline the lips with short, light strokes, starting at the cupid's bow and moving outwards, then line the lower lip from the centre to the sides. Fill in the lips with the pencil if desired, then add lipstick or gloss.
