How to use:

1. Cut a piece of dental floss about 45 cm (18 inches) long.
2. Wrap the ends around your middle fingers, leaving about 2.5 cm (1 inch) of floss taut between them.
3. Gently insert the floss between your teeth using a zigzag motion, avoid forcing it to avoid injuring the gums.
4. Bend the floss into a "C" shape around the side of each tooth, and gently move it up and down the side of the tooth and under the gum line.
5. Use a clean section of floss for each tooth.
