Lorinase-D 2.5 / 120 mg – 20 Tablets

Lorinase-D 2.5/120 mg combines loratadine (an antihistamine) to reduce sneezing, itching, and runny nose, with pseudoephedrine (a decongestant) to relieve nasal congestion. It is effective for allergic rhinitis, common cold symptoms, and sinus congestion.

Usage Instructions

• Adults and children 12+: Take one tablet twice daily.

• Swallow whole with water; do not crush or chew.

• May be taken with or without food.

Warnings

• Not recommended for patients with severe hypertension or heart disease unless supervised.

• Do not use with MAO inhibitors.

• May cause insomnia; avoid taking before bedtime.

• Not suitable for children under 12.

• Stop use and seek medical advice if experiencing palpitations, severe headache, or elevated blood pressure.
