Shiny Beauty Oxygen Cream 30 (9%) 60ml

Shiny Beauty Oxygen Cream 30 vol (9%) 60ml is a cream developer mixed with hair colour to activate it during the colouring process. The 30 vol (9%) strength is typically used to lift about two levels or for stronger coverage, according to the instructions of the colour used.

Its creamy texture makes mixing easy and gives a smooth blend that spreads evenly through the hair.

How to use: Mix with hair colour in the ratio stated in the colour instructions, apply the mixture to dry hair immediately, leave for the specified time, then rinse thoroughly.

Precautions: Carry out a skin allergy test 48 hours before every use. Wear gloves, avoid contact with eyes and irritated scalp, and do not use on eyebrows or eyelashes. Rinse eyes immediately with water if contact occurs. Keep out of reach of children.
