Return Conditions
Orders can be returned in full within 2 days from the date of receipt.
Returned products will only be accepted if they are in their original, unused, and undamaged condition.
Any exchange or return shipping costs (16 SAR for return delivery) are to be covered by the customer, unless the reason for the return or exchange is due to an error on our part — in which case, we will cover the cost.
Exchange Conditions

: For health and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned or exchanged

.Products purchased during clearance or final sale promotions
Refund Process
Once the returned item is received and inspected, and the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 3 to 10 business days to the same payment method used
.For exchanges, the replacement product will be shipped after the returned item is received
.If the issue was due to an error from the store, Care-Outlet Pharmacy will cover the shipping costs
.In other cases, the customer will be responsible for shipping fees
